upon arrival, you park your car in your own driveway, space enough for several cars. a spacious hallway and living room with a nice view of your front yard. the kitchen is large enough for a large dining table, and you can indulge in your modern new kitchen that you recently picked out for yourself. and then to the sunroom. what a wonderful place to enjoy the sun already in early spring.

on the second floor you will find three bedrooms. the largest at the rear can, if desired, easily be brought back to the original two bedrooms. the bathroom certainly needs an overhaul, but it is nice and spacious and complete. a staircase takes you to the attic where there is plenty of storage space.

and then the garden. spacious, green, sheltered, privacy. you have it all here. how nice to lounge here while enjoying a snack and a drink. the garden tools can be stored in the garage which also has a loft.
